Big Wags will issue a cash refund up to 30 days after purchase date on Dog Apparel only. No Returns on Used Items. 

Not eligible for Return: 

  • Dog Collars 
  • Elevated Dog Feeders Bowls
  • Dog Beds 
  • GPS Dog Collars

Returns and exchanges require a return authorization number supplied by customer service. Exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Returns

Big Wags will accept a return or make an exchange on dog apparel if the product is in new and resalable condition with packaging intact.

We recommend carefully trying on your new Big Wags product indoors, keeping the packaging and tags on. 

 

    We  will issue a cash refund or exchange an item up to 30 days after the purchase date.

    No returns or exchanges 31 or more Days after purchase date

    We recommend insuring the package.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to include your contact information (name, address, phone, email) in your package so that we may contact you if necessary.

    Big Wags will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within three business days of receipt.  However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

    Exchanges

    For items you wish to exchange, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Please note shipping charges are not covered in the exchange.

    Once you have a return authorization number you will receive a return form to include with your shipment.  

    Exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee.
